Improve your health, feel better – and meet new people on one of our short walks! We meet every Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, and the walks take about 45-60 minutes on surrounding pathways. The Baptist Church Men’s Breakfast will be served today, and the speaker this month will be Revd. Canon Roger Knight from St Mary’s Church . Get in the festive mood with The Looking Glass Theatre’s production of Dick Whittington. Tickets are £8 for adults, £5 for children – or £22 for a family ticket (2 adults + 2 children). Roger’s Restorative Ramble – an after-Christmas walk

10am start, St Mary’s Church, Burton Latimer (or 10.10am from the High St / Finedon Rd junction).

Monthly Farmers Market

9am – 1pm, Millennium Garden, High Street, Burton Latimer

Stalls selling fruit and vegetables, local farm meat, free range eggs…and more. The Friends of St Mary’s Church will have a stall selling tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cakes – together with books and CDs. If you have unwanted books or CDs in saleable condition, you can donate them at the market.

Coffee morning

9.30am, the Guiding Centre, Alexandra Street, Burton Latimer

The guides will be holding their monthly coffee morning today. Bacon butties, hot drinks and cake will be on sale. There will be a variety of festive stalls.
