Annual duck race
Fun for all the family
The duck race is held every year at the Pocket Park in Station Road, usually in June. It is a collaboration between the pocket park and Burton Latimer Scouts and all monies raised are split between the two.
It is a fun day for all the family with bouncy castles, canoe rides, pond dipping, tractor rides and various charity stalls. Our pocket park is a great asset to the town and is used every day by dog walkers, joggers, fishermen, walkers, parents and children.
2010 Duck Race - Sunday 20th June
This year, Burton Latimer's famous Duck Race will be held on Sunday 20th June from 1pm onwards. Come and join in the fun with a 60’s band, real ale, bouncy castle, stalls of all sorts, burgers, ice cream - and much, much more.If you would like a stall, or could help sell any duck tickets - or for any further information - please phone Maureen on 01536 725524.
