Burton Latimer Medical Centre / Patient Forum
Our Patient Forum is one of a number of ways in which we work with our patients to improve and develop the services that we offer.
What does the Forum do?
The Forum is proving to be a great way for us to hear our patients' views. It also gives us the chance to discuss the many changes taking place within the NHS, and for our patients to have their say about them.Who can join?
Members are welcome from all ages and backgrounds as long as they are patients of the practice. The Forum is a friendly, mutually supportive group that gets together at the surgery roughly every six weeks. We usually meet at 6pm on a Monday evening, and meetings last for about an hour. How do I join or find out more?
You can ring the surgery on 01536 723566 and ask for Jo Kiely the Practice Director, or drop in and Jo will be happy to see you if she is free.
