I am currently a Managing Director in a company focussing on education improvement and the delivery of government programmes to improve and widen achievement. Previously I had a long career in the Army, with a final position running the Army Foundation College for Junior Soldiers in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
My particular areas of interest are: opportunity and achievement, and the physical environment of Burton Latimer.
