My wife and I, along with our two small children, moved to Burton Latimer from London in 1986. Since that time there have been many changes, some good some bad.
I became a Town Councillor in 2007 after becoming heavily involved with Burton Latimer Action Group (BLAG), a committee formed with other residents to look at, make comments and take action on the major planning issues in Burton Latimer.
Although my wife and I no longer live in the town, we still have family and friends living in Burton Latimer - including our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. I still have a very strong connection with the town, and sit on various committees.
