Quality Council Working Group
The Town council is striving to achieve the status of 'Quality Council' for Burton Latimer. This would mean that we have much more control over such things as grass cutting, litter control, weed removal, hedge cutting and many more of the 'odd' jobs which need doing around the town.
Preparing a Parish Plan
To take this idea forward, we need to set up a 'Parish Plan' of things which people want to achieve in Burton Latimer for the next four years. The whole idea of the Quality Council and Parish Plan is that it involves consulting with local residents and then working to improve things.
